Best Time to Visit
Nyungwe Forest National Park can be visited year-round, but the dry seasons of June to September and December to February are often considered the best times for chimpanzee tracking. During these periods, the forest paths are drier and more manageable for trekking. However, Nyungwe’s wildlife and primates are abundant throughout the year, offering unique experiences in each season.
